Spacious and comfortable

I lived in Marble suites for 2.5 years and I had a great experience. The apartments are fully furnished, and the management is excellent in that they respond quickly. Customer satisfaction is their priority. Further, management and staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. Most importantly, the apartments are very clean. I never had any issues with bugs or such.
The area/neighborhood is quiet which is excellent if you are a student and have studies. I highly recommend Marble Suite if you are looking for a comfortable and safe place to live in (security on the grounds).

Cheap rent, helpful staff. Real nice landlord. They get you things if you need it. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. They have solar powered hot water. That means that if the sun isn't up or wasn't up recently then you may not have hot water. I find that that happens before 6am or after 9pm. So take a shower while you can.

Wonderful apartments in a very safe location. Vonia, Jude and their team are absolutely excellent. They make sure you are very comfortable and go out of their way to get things done. Maintenance is almost instant. They also have backups to water and electricity so I never faced any problems. Very safe community as security is on grounds. Student friendly as a lot of students from AUA lived here like myself. Would highly recommend.

Marble Suites was my fully furnished home away from home with my added personal touches.  I lived there for about 2.5 years.  The facilities staff (Joud, Vonda, Whyte, Dwight, and John) were always prompt and provided outstanding service and were very kind & patient. They were my Antiguan family, who were always helpful. Marble Suites kept me safe during both Category 5 Hurricanes Irma & Maria. I am grateful that I lived at Marble Suites.
